Today, I started my swimming lessons.
And it turned out that I still have a phobia…
I feel so depressed. And being depressed caused me a lot of trouble.
I hadn’t ate much this day. Haven’t talked that much. Feeling so uncomfortable wearing swimsuit and everything.
I don’t know what to do to overcome this fear but I guess I already knew the answer.
And...
When I'm silent
didn’t get enough sleep.
waiting for something to be over.
don’t have anything to say.
over thinking/over analyzing a situation.
upset or worried.
falling apart.

The big thing is that, it’s my first time to wear a swimsuit!
